About Pot O' Gold Web Auctions

I (along with my husband, Alan) have been a buyer and seller on eBay for over 8 years. In that time, I have always attempted to maintain a proven track record of customer service. Here at Pot O' Gold, we understand both the importance of a satisfied buyer as well as seller.

As a seller, you can be assured that we will do everything possible in our listing of your items to attempt to attain the highest selling price possible. As a buyer, you can also be assured that we will be fair and accurate in our description of an item for sale as well as making every effort to making sure your purchase gets to you in the same condition as it entered our store.

What can I sell?

We request that any items you wish to sell have an estimated value of $30 on eBay. If you’re not sure what your items are valued for, please ask us. We’ll be glad to help.

How does it work?

Pot O’ Gold charges a commission based on the selling price of the item on eBay. We don’t make money until your item is sold. Also, our commission rate decreases as the selling price increases.

Commission Structure  (based on selling price):
If your item sells for less than $200, our commission is 25%.
If your item sells for more than $200 but less than $500, our commission is 20%.
If your item sells for more than $500 but less than $1,000.00, our commission is 15%.
If your item sells for over $1,000.00, our commission is 10%.

Plus, if you sell a total of over $1,000.00 in items with us, your commission on any future sales drop by 5%.

How long does it take?

Most auctions run 7 days. Once the item is sold, paid for by the buyer, shipped, received and confirmed we send you a check.
