We will sit with you to determine what items such as yours sold for in previous eBay auctions.
This will give us the information we both need to determine what your item may sell for at auction.
This also allows us to advise you as to what opening bid should be offered for.
We want you to be comfortable with these numbers and assure you that we will do all we can to attain
the highest selling price for your item and earn your satisfaction with our services.
3. WE WRITE THE NARRATIVE
The narrative is extremely important and bidders are looking for as much information as possible on
your item in order to determine if they wish to bid. We strive to produce honest, informative narratives
that aid both the bidder in placing a bid as well as you, the seller, in achieving the best selling price possible.
4. WE PHOTOGRAPH YOUR ITEM
The basic fact is that items auctioned on eBay sell better when a listing includes photographs.
Buyers want to see what they are bidding on. We endeavor to use our digital camera to photograph
your item so that it will draw prospective buyers to your auction and increase the chances of a higher selling price.
5. WE LIST THE ITEM ON eBay
We take our narrative and photographs and, using our auction software, list your item on eBay.
Our software allows us to choose the best listing times to begin your auction to achieve the best
results. The importance in listing an item correctly helps achieve that goal.
6. WE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR AUCTION
We monitor the progress of your auction. Our software automatically generates an e-mail providing you a
link to the auction so that you may keep track of it too. We will also contact the winning bidder
at the conclusion of the auction to collect the proceeds.
7. WE ANSWER BIDDERS QUESTIONS
Many times, potential bidders may have a question regarding an item,
such as yours, currently up for auction. We strive to answer these
questions as quickly and honestly as possible to provide the needed
information. Doing so increases bidder’s confidence and the potential
for a higher selling price.
8. WE COLLECT PAYMENTS FROM THE BUYER
The efficient finalization of the auction is our responsibility. All payments due are collected
from the buyer before the item is shipped to them.
9. WE PROFESSIONALLY PACKAGE AND SHIP TO THE BUYER
All buyers want to get what they pay for. We use proper packaging to do everything possible to make
sure your item arrives at its destination in the same condition in which you brought it in to us.
We carry in stock all the packaging supplies necessary to make this possible.
10. WE SEND YOU THE CHECK !!!!!
The best part of the deal. Your check will be the amount of the final sale price less our commission
and the actual listing and final value fees charged by eBay and Paypal (if applicable). See our commission

FUNDRAISERS
We are available to help churches, schools, charitable organizations and
benefits whenever you have the need to do a fundraiser. This saves your
members time and is safer than door to door solicitations.
All you need to do is to collect items from your members with an individual
minimum value of $30 and either drop them off at our location or we can come
to you (local pickups for this service, please). From there we perform our
normal services and, for all items that sell, you receive the net proceeds.
Plus, for your organization, we drop our usual commission rate to
20% --- so your organization keeps more of the sale proceedes.
